Do I need an unlocked phone?
Normally, yes. Your device must also support eSIM.

Can I keep my regular SIM?
Many dual-SIM devices support a primary SIM alongside a travel eSIM.

Does a Data eSIM include a phone number?
No. Data eSIM plans are for mobile internet only. WiFi Calling plans are separate and include a U.S. phone number, calling/texting, and the eSIM for that service.
